Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of velnaura.com and any purchase you make from Velnaura ("Velnaura", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or place an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from Velnaura. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate.

We describe our products, including ingredients and intended use, as accurately as possible. Colours, textures and packaging shown on the site may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen display and batch variation. We reserve the right to update pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities per order at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we send a confirmation message (email, SMS or WhatsApp) or, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once we've verbally confirmed the order with you by phone. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised or resold retail activity, pricing/listing errors, or repeated non-pickup of previous COD orders — in which case any payment already collected will be refunded.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order is delivered.
• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Direct bank transfer — orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

We currently ship within Pakistan only, via TCS, Leopards Courier and PostEx. Estimated delivery timeframes, charges and COD handling are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unopened, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the hygiene-based exclusions and process set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this site — including the Velnaura name and logo, product names, photography, copy, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Velnaura and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent order or payment information;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the site's operation;
• Resell products purchased from Velnaura in a way that misrepresents them as coming directly from us, without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velnaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or our products, including but not limited to skin reactions resulting from failure to patch-test, failure to disclose a known allergy, or use inconsistent with the product instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Velnaura harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at the details below. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, e.g. Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad], Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
