Our Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Umar Awan, a sole proprietor trading as Velnaura ("Velnaura", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you visit velnaura.com, contact us or place an order. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site or place an order. Placing an order means you have read and accepted these terms.

Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to place an order. If you are buying for someone else, you confirm that you are allowed to give us their details for delivery.

Our Products and Information

We take care to describe Mugtea accurately. Colours on screens vary, photos are illustrative, and colour or texture can differ slightly from batch to batch. Weights, prices, ingredient lists and instructions are the ones printed on your pack. If the pack and the website differ, the pack is correct for that tube.

We may update, change or stop selling a product at any time. Stock is limited, and batches can sell through quickly.

Using the Product Safely

Mugtea is a cosmetic for external use on the face. It is not a medicine and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.

• Read the ingredient list before use. Do not use it if you know you are allergic to any ingredient.
• Test a small amount on your inner arm or behind your ear first, and wait before using it on your face.
• Avoid the eyes. If it gets in, rinse well with clean water.
• Stop using it if irritation develops, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if it continues.
• Skin is individual. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise a particular result.
• Keep it out of reach of children.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical treatment for your skin or have a skin condition, ask your doctor before trying any new skincare product.

Placing an Order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by message, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock shortage, an address we cannot deliver to, suspected fraud, or a customer whose earlier parcels were refused without reason. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

To keep stock fair for everyone, we limit orders to 5 tubes at a time. We may confirm your order by WhatsApp or phone, and we may hold an order until we can reach you.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes. One 100 g tube costs Rs 2,195.
• Delivery charges, discounts and the final total are shown in your cart before you confirm. See our Shipping Policy.
• You can pay cash on delivery or, where offered, online. Online payments are processed by our payment partners, and you agree to follow their terms.
• Discount codes and offers are one per order unless we say otherwise, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may end without notice.
• If a price is wrong because of an obvious mistake, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue at the right price or cancel.

The "Rs 21 a ritual" figure is a guide based on using a dime-sized amount per use from a 100 g tube. How long a tube lasts depends on how much you use.

Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery times, charges and what to do if something goes wrong are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds follow the Returns & Refunds policy, which lets you return sealed tubes and lets you report damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Using Our Website

You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• Place false, fraudulent or repeated orders you do not intend to accept.
• Interfere with the site, test its security without permission, or try to access other people's information.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the store.
• Copy, reproduce or resell our content without written permission.
• Post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or block access, or refuse service, if these rules are broken.

Our Brand and Content

The Velnaura and Mugtea names, the wordmark, the "Skin Beyond Genetics" and "BEYOND" lines, the website design, text, photographs, illustrations and formulation descriptions belong to us or are used with permission, and they are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission. Reviews and What You Share

If you send us a review, photo or post, or tag us on social media, you confirm it is yours and truthful. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to show it on our website and channels, with your name or handle, for as long as the content stays public. You can ask us to remove it at any time. We publish reviews from real customers and may decline content that is abusive, off-topic or unlawful.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, strikes, floods, extreme weather, power or internet outages, government action or public unrest.

Except for injury or loss caused by our negligence or where the law does not allow a limit, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The site is provided "as available", and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-Party Services and Links

We rely on couriers, payment providers, messaging services and our store platform to run the business, and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for services we do not control, although we will help you resolve problems that affect your order.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at hello.velnaura@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+92 316 4506806 (opens in a new tab)). Most problems are solved within a few days. If we cannot settle a dispute within 15 days of your complaint, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, Punjab, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer court or authority that applies to you.

General

• Changes: we may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
• If part is invalid: the rest of the terms stay in force.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to do so later.
• Whole agreement: these terms and the linked policies are the complete agreement between us about your use of the site and your orders.
• Assignment: we may transfer our rights and duties to a successor of the business. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
• Language: these terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience, and the English text prevails.
