Everything on velnaura.com, on our packaging and in our messages is owned by Muhammad Umar Awan, a sole proprietor trading as Velnaura, or used with permission. You are welcome to read it, shop here and share what we post. Anything beyond that needs our written permission first.

That includes the text, headlines and journal articles, photographs, videos, illustrations and animation, page layouts and design, the Ritual story and timer, the Ritual Guide and newsletters, the website's code, the packaging artwork and the way all of it is arranged.

This work is protected by the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 of Pakistan and by international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention, which protects it automatically in the countries that are members. We do not need to register a work, or display this notice, for the protection to apply.

Names, Logos and Brand Assets

The following are trademarks of Velnaura:

• Velnaura™ and the Velnaura wordmark and logo.
• Mugtea™, the name of our whipped facial cleanser.
• Skin Beyond Genetics™ and our BEYOND™ campaign line as used by Velnaura.
• Our tube, carton and packaging design, colours, typography, texture names and the overall look and feel of the brand and website (our "trade dress").

We have applied to register our brand names with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan). Registration is pending, and our rights in these names are already protected by law, including against passing off and unfair competition. We will update this page when registration is granted.

You may not use any of these names, or any name, logo, domain name, social handle, hashtag or search keyword that is identical or confusingly similar to them, in a way that could make people think your product, page or business comes from us or is approved by us.

Our Formulation and Know-How

The Mugtea formulation, the proportions and combinations of its ingredients, the manufacturing process, the texture engineering, our supplier details and our testing and development records are confidential business information that we have invested heavily to create. We share only what the law and good practice require, such as the ingredient list on the pack.

Publishing an ingredient list does not give anyone a licence to copy the formula or to market a copy as the same as, equivalent to, or a "dupe" of Mugtea using our name or materials. We reserve all rights in our formulations and in any patent, design or other registered right we hold or later obtain. Anyone who receives our confidential information, such as a supplier, contractor or collaborator, must keep it secret, use it only for the work they were engaged to do, and return or delete it when asked.

What You May Do

• View and use this site for your own, non-commercial purposes, and print or save the policies and your own order records.
• Share our public social posts using the platform's own share button, unedited, with credit to Velnaura and a tag to @velnauracare on Facebook or @velnaura on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
• Post your own photos and videos of the Mugtea you bought, and tag us. You keep ownership of your own content.
• Say truthfully that you bought or use Mugtea, and share your honest personal opinion of it.

Permission to share is given on one condition: you must not alter our content, remove credit, use it to advertise another product or service, or suggest that we endorse you. We may withdraw this permission for any person at any time.

What Is Not Allowed

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame or translate our website, text, images, video, designs or code, in whole or in part.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest the site, or use bots or automated tools on it, including to collect content for building, training or testing artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
• Use our photos, packaging images, product claims or copy in your own store, marketplace listing, advertisement, article, course or social account.
• Make, sell, advertise or promote a product that copies Mugtea or imitates its name, packaging, appearance or presentation.
• Relabel, refill, repackage, resell or give away Mugtea, or sell used, damaged or expired tubes under our name.
• Register or use a domain name, social handle, store name, hashtag, app name or business name that contains or resembles our names.
• Bid on our names as search or advertising keywords, or use them in metadata, to send people to a competing product or a misleading page.
• Create fake accounts, reviews, messages or pages in our name or pretending to be us, our founder or our team.
• Make false or misleading statements about Velnaura or Mugtea, or about any link between us and you.
• Remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notice on our content or products.

Where to Buy Genuine Mugtea

velnaura.com is the only place that sells Mugtea, together with orders taken directly by us on our official WhatsApp and social media accounts. We have not authorised any shop, marketplace seller, reseller, distributor or individual to sell Mugtea.

We cannot confirm the origin, storage conditions, batch, expiry or authenticity of anything bought elsewhere, and we are not responsible for it. Products bought outside our channels are not covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. If you see Mugtea for sale anywhere else, or a product that looks like it, please tell us.

Retailers and distributors who would like to work with us should write to hello.velnaura@gmail.com. No one may sell on our behalf until we have signed a written agreement.

Creators, Press and Partners

We love working with people who share our values. Any paid, gifted or affiliate collaboration, and any use of our name or assets in editorial, advertising or training material, needs a written agreement first. Creators must use only the assets we supply, follow our messaging guidelines, make any required advertising disclosure clearly, and make no health, medical or result claims that we have not approved.

No employee, courier, contractor, creator or customer can give permission on our behalf unless it is in writing and signed by the owner of the business.

Asking for Permission

Write to hello.velnaura@gmail.com or message +92 316 4506806 (opens in a new tab). Tell us who you are, exactly what you want to use, where and for how long, and whether it is paid or promotional. We reply within 10 working days. We may say no, set conditions or charge a fee, and any permission applies only to the use described in it.

Reporting Copying or Counterfeits

If you believe something infringes our rights, please send us:

1. The link or screenshot showing where you found it.
2. A description of what was copied or imitated, and how it is ours.
3. Your name and contact details, and, if you bought it, your receipt or order details.
4. A statement that you are reporting in good faith and that your information is accurate.

Send it to hello.velnaura@gmail.com. We review every report within 5 working days. We accept reports from customers, partners and the public, and we handle your details in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not confront the seller yourself.

How We Enforce Our Rights

We take infringement seriously and act on it. Depending on the case, we may:

• Send a cease-and-desist notice and require the content, listing or product to be taken down, destroyed and accounted for.
• Report the infringement to the marketplace, social media platform, web host, payment provider, courier or domain registrar, including through the dispute process for .pk domain names.
• Block, suspend or refuse service to any person who breaks these rules, and close accounts that repeatedly infringe.
• Apply to the IP Tribunals and the courts for injunctions, seizure and destruction of infringing goods, damages or an account of profits, and recovery of our legal costs.
• File criminal complaints and ask the authorities to act, including under the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001, the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860, and ask Pakistan Customs to stop infringing goods.

Not enforcing a right on one occasion does not give up that right on any other.

Other Companies' Names

Names such as Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, JazzCash and Easypaisa belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the services we work with, and it does not mean that they endorse us or that we endorse them.

The Law and Your Rights

This notice is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes about it fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, Punjab, in line with our Terms of Service. It applies in addition to the rights the law gives us, not in place of them, and it does not restrict any use of our work that the law permits without our consent. If any part of it is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update it from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version.

Velnaura is operated by Muhammad Umar Awan, a sole proprietor trading as Velnaura, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
